Milton
Each Bally
walk-in cooler or freezer door has a foamed-in-place structural
steel frame supporting the door. Although you'll never
be able to see how well Milton has carefully welded that frame
and its components, rest assured, he does a great job!
He not only welds the frame together but also welds on the
hinge plates and switchboxes, door closure plates and wiring
conduits, and more! Milton has been at Bally over seven
years. He started in the paint department and still
helps out there when needed. "Completing the task
and doing the job right" drive Milton to get the job
done. According to his supervisor, he "rarely misses
a day, has a great attitude, and is always willing to help
out" -- traits that make him another valued Bally employee.
