Hiroshi
For the
past four years, Hiroshi has been working with the foaming
fixtures in Bally's Foam Department. Hiroshi is always
on the move preparing the fixtures to make more panels.
To foam a panel, Hiroshi places the first metal skin in the
fixture and then carefully places into position the Bally
speed-lok assemblies with steel connecting straps. Next,
he positions the second skin and then prepares the panel for
foaming. After the the appropriate curing time, he unloads
the new panel and prepares the fixture again for another panel.
Hiroshi works with some of the busiest foam fixtures, but
he says it's the "challenge to make production every
day" that gets him going.
