Meet Bally...
There's
a lot of people that go into a Bally panel...
Mike,
Marcus, Avery, and Gerald are getting the autoline ready
for another coil of metal. This is the start of
the process to manufacture the outside metal skins of
the Bally panels.

Joseph moves a finished metal skin along its trek to
become a Bally panel

Tommy and Jimmy prepare to foam-in-place the panels
by fitting the metal skins and diaphragmatic speed loks
into heated steel molds. They will then
inject the molds with liquid urethane.

All
Bally doors start with a structural steel frame with
steel reinforcements. Here, George continues work on
a Bally door. Various options such as observation
window, pressure relief ports, special hardware are
all available. |
