Order information is updated onto the internet each work day.  Keep in mind that Bally's Traffic Dept. normally updates their records the morning after the items are shipped -- if you can't find your order, it's probably a timing issue and will be resolved after more updates.  If you have questions, please call Bally at 800-24BALLY or e-mail the sales department at ballysales@ballyrefboxes.com.
