Lloyd
When
you ask just about anyone at Bally about Lloyd, sooner or
later you'll hear, "what a nice guy".
You might also hear: dedicated, reliable, hard working,
and/or team player. Lloyd supervises foam and quality
assurance employees. As he describes it, his day is
spent "prioritizing work on the floor so employees efficiently
and effectively run production in a timely fashion" all
the while "ensuring quality standards are upheld".
That makes for a pretty busy day! But Lloyd takes the
ups and down of production in stride and never seems to lose
his cool -- no matter how hot it gets around those foam machines.
After 21 years with the Marine Corps, he's now in his seventh
year with Bally. And we all hope he's here for many
years to come.
